Golden Void

You wake up, your eyes tightly closed as if you had previously flinched, though you cannot recall anything past sitting in bed. You can feel damp grass beneath your grasp, and before you can form any coherent thoughts, a voice begins speaking, ordering you to open your eyes. 

The game is currently mostly text-based, as I still need to improve my 3D modeling before I can start making all the art.

Golden Void is a game about finding yourself in another world, gifted with a power that allows you to kill with ease, if the circumstances are correct. Your choices matter and will have a huge impact on your overall experience. I give my full permission to modify the game and cheat to see certain content or skip past things, as well as record and upload yourself doing so, as long as you do not claim the game itself as your own, and you make sure that it is clear that I made the game.

Content warning for violence, swearing, and mentions of sensitive topics such as suicide. 

There is no sexual content, though, so it should not get you demonized.

Currently, everything is very unfinished. There is only about 20 minutes worth of gameplay if you only go through once and don't bother with side stories

I hope to upload the game to steam once I

1: Get my bank details set up so I can have my own account (I only just recently turned 18, so the bank closed my account)

2: Get to a point where I'm comfortable spending 100 dollars to upload my game, meaning once I have some sort of following that I know will play it once it comes out on Steam

3: Once I have at least an hour's worth of gameplay.
If I upload on Steam, it will still be free, but I will definitely add donation options, though nothing, and I repeat, NOTHING, will be locked behind paywalls. Every single update, every bit of content, and every version will be released exactly the same and at the same time for everyone, regardless of whether they've donated or not.
